Location – Hyderabad
Position Summary:
He/She will be accountable for entire bid-cycle for strategic deals, leads deal process, project management, collaborates with respective departments in bids/proposals, creating case studies, white papers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all presales activities along with Sales and Solution teams. Play a key role in all bids, coordinating with various internal teams to develop the proposal
- Develop proposals to meet customer requirements both from a solution and price perspective, work with sales team and other stakeholders to ensure the company is represented in the best possible way in the proposal
- Articulate solution and benefits in proposal documents and presentations in collaboration with other stake holders, with a customer-focused selling approach
- Develop sales collateral (presentations, brochures, flyers, mailers etc.) in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Effectively communicate with senior customer stakeholders as a part of the sales cycle. Be a key member of the sales organization and demonstrate commitment to achieve the goals set by the company
- Market awareness in terms of upcoming trends, competition landscape and prevailing price points
Person Specifications:
- Graduates with MBA, experience in ITES services with 5-7 years’ experience in Bid Management role
- Strong understanding of BPOs in Domestic and International & experience working across Industry verticals
- Very strong communication and presentation skills
- Experienced in preparing and delivering Sales-cycle presentations to Prospective client stakeholders
