Description :
· Expertise in Drafting, Schematics & Modeling using Pro-E required.
· Expertise in Electrical Circuit Diagrams & Wiring Harness design for off-road vehicles
· Understanding of the functional and physical interactions between vehicle sub-systems.
· Understand electrical system - Schematics, Integration Layout, Functional Diagrams
· Identify electrical components necessary for w/h routing, clipping & clamping
· Prepare CAD Layout, Routing in ProE of electrical boxes and cables
· Prepare drawings / layout and release into the system
· Ensure integration of Wiring Harness & components on the engine
· Highlight mismatches between 2D layout and CAD
· Review issues with Customer and update the design for release
Relevant exp: 3 to 5 years.
Graduate in Electrical / Instrumentation / Power Engineering with relevant experience in Automotive Electrical required.
